Case Background:

There are 8 FANUC CNC machines and 4 FANUC robots, of which the 4 FANUC branded robots are controlled by Schneider 058PLC. Now an information platform is required to display the operation of the above equipment. 

Implemented Features:

1. Electronic Kanban: The status information, data and alarms of 8 FANUC CNC machines and 4 FANUC robots can be      checked through LAN (wired/wireless) WEB by using a smart TV.

2. Mobile client: Mobile client can be accessed through a browser of a mobile phone or IPAD, or packaged as an Android APP.

3. Direct access via office WEB: The operation of production line can be checked directly via WEB in office and site LAN after corresponding authorities are granted.  

Note: The above features are all implemented in LAN to ensure data security.
