Data Acquisition Platform of Pharmaceutical Workshop
Publish Date:2021-04-23Scheme Introduction
Data Acquisition Platform:
This scheme is designed to establish an integratable, expandable, scalable, visualized, electronic, mobile and smart centralized data acquisition and control system featuring enterprise equipment data modeling, data protocol interface standardization, data compliance, data security, data application modularization, as well as the data access protocol of information system, so as to provide valuable data and decision information for production and operation.
Group-level requirements: Group SCADA is required to provide the unified development platform, equipment model, data category and data interface, and it’s required that the data acquisition platform of each sub-plant/sub-workshop can be built independently, and that the data acquisition platform can be replicated among similar workshops. The collected and summarized data can be used for secondary data application and development, so as to provide effective, fast and convenient data decision for Production, Quality, R&D, Sales and other management departments. Additionally, the Group SCADA is required to provide data sources for functional systems such as MES, WMS, APS, lims, tracecode and data application.
Plant-level requirements: Plant SCADA is required to implement the acquisition of production process monitoring data, process equipment data, environmental system test data and energy data in each workshop, so as to improve production efficiency and data compliance, reduce production supervision costs, and optimize production costs through functions such as equipment information management, production information monitoring and material management. Additionally, the Plant SCADA is required to provide data sources for functional systems such as MES, WMS, APS, lims, tracecode and data application.
Workshop-level requirements: Workshop SCADA is required to implement the functions of production data acquisition, storage, process data acquisition, production alarm, equipment 3D presentation, log record, and electronic signature of each equipment in the workshop, so as to meet the requirements of workshop personnel for overall production monitoring, production data compliance, reduce production supervision costs and improve work efficiency. Additionally, the Workshop SCADA is required to provide data sources for production and management systems such as MES, WMS and APS.
